Refund policy

Refunds
Refunds are available only if you cancel your coffee order before the shipment is dispatched. Once the coffee is shipped, we cannot offer a refund. Please bear in mind that we dispatch orders either the same day you place them or the next day.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at kyrieeleisoncoffee@gmail.com if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The nature of our products makes it impossible to offer exchanges.
