Located in West Guji, Buku Sayisa is a specialized washing station known for their natural processing techniques. The station carefully dries ripe, sorted cherries from farms situated at 2,300 meters above sea level for 12-15 days on raised beds. In doing so, Buku Sayisa producers expertly avoid overfermentation, resulting in exquisite cup profiles such as this G1 coffee with flavor notes of blueberry, honeydew, and jasmine honeysuckle, providing a pleasantly sweet and sugary taste.

Great body for an Ethiopian and workedgreat on espresso. Some bright berry notes on the front, and a drying finish that I found success with balancing with a low agitation, long steep method. Great beans, and well roasted.
